My Death, My Decision is a grassroots campaign group that wants to change the law in England and Wales to allow those who are terminally ill or intolerably suffering the option of a legal, safe and compassionate assisted death. The law prohibits encouraging or assisting the suicide or attempted suicide of another, and we do not offer advice to anyone wishing to take their own life, either in the UK or elsewhere.
